NEW ALLIANCE CLIENT INFORMATION

Good Afternoon,

I wanted to inform you that Alliance has acquired a new Client called "AIM" and that you may start or have already received orders. The type of orders we will be receiving are Exterior Photo Inspections & Contact Occupancy Verification orders. Since this is our first week receiving new work from them we are cleaning up orders from previous inspectors. Some orders may have a 2 day turn around time or 4 day turn around time.

It is highly important that you read all the instructions for each order. The instructions for the Exterior Photo orders may appear like a lot is involved to complete, however the instructions explain how to complete the order in different scenarios such as if the property is a No Access. Listed below is the standard requirement for the Exterior Photo inspections, I've also attached 2 PDF files to this email as examples on how to complete ,every order assigned will have these PDF's attached on Inspectorade as well.

Exterior Photo - Property Condition Basic Instructions:

Photo Requirements: Please provide clear, precise daytime property photos fulfilling the requirements below: -All photos must be taken from outside of the vehicle -Subject property should be squarely framed within the photo -"Marketing Quality" property photos must be provided -All photos must be in color and must capture entire house while avoiding neighboring properties as much as possible. -Front of Property photo (must capture entire property) -Front right side photo -Front left side photo -Street View right photo -Street View left photo -Address Verification photo -Street Sign photo -Additional Exterior photos

Contact Occupancy Inspection Instructions :

Attempt to make DIRECT CONTACT with occupant and neighbors. IF CONTACT is made, you MUST provide a name and address of individual you made contact with. PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: You MUST provide at LEAST 2 exterior photos. (Address AND Front of House)
