NFR inspections review for no contact inspections

I have seen a few kickbacks from NFR for missing photos/information on vacant properties. NFR has a different policy for Bankruptcy inspections vs. no contact inspections. For NFR no contact inspections, if a property is vacant, then you need to go onto the property and get all of the usual required photos for a vacant property. If NFR does not want you to go onto the property, they will specifically put in the instructions to complete from a public right of way. We do not go onto any properties that have bankruptcy in the instructions or in the work code.

Thanks,

Dwain
