NO ACCESS
No access is considered both gated communities, and no access to interior inspections. In addition to photos and comments validating the reason for no access, NFN, M&M, and A2Z require a call to the client. M&M requires a call on no access for interior inspections only, not for gated communities.
Going forward if a work order cannot be completed as ordered due to no access, you must call PNA. We will update the comments to prevent no pays/chargebacks. If it is after hours or on the weekends, please email the account manager so we can update the inspection on Monday morning. If the instructions state to call the client, then you must also call the client.
DATE/TIME STAMPS
Reminder: Spectrum and a few other clients have recently added to their instructions that date/time stamp are required on all photos. ALL Photos submitted thru Inspectorade do not require the date/time stamp. IA will add the date and time stamp to match the EXIF data in your device, so do not to turn on your date/time stamp.
The only inspections that require the date/time stamp to be turned on is for loss drafts and commercial inspections submitted by email.
