Updated Notices and Forms for MCS Clients 140, 144, and 148

Good Morning to all reps:

We noticed over the weekend that we have some reps still using the I-120 door hanger. The I-120 door hanger was discontinued on 3-1-14. There is currently no door hanger for clients 140, 144, and 148.

The I-123 posting is to be used for clients 140, 144, and 148 if the property is found vacant. It is to be placed in the front window so it is visible from the street.

Reminder: ALL FORMS are client specific. They are not interchangeable. Make sure you are using the correct form for each client.
