To All Reps:
Good Afternoon,
I understand that some of you have some questions and concerns about the required paperwork for PI2 inspections. Please see the email below & the attached memo from NFN. Both forms (all 3 pages) must be completed and scanned as a PDF or a clear photo of each attached to IA.
We had a problem with the original download, so page one of the inspection form was not attached to the original attachment. We had to attach the entire PDF to give you access to page one. Going forward this should be fixed.
Once an inspection is moved to follow up, we have to manually enter the new results. This is very time consuming.
The main reasons we are seeing inspections put on hold/pushback from NFN are:
Missing the signed forms. We must have the form completed for PI2 and PI3 inspections due to the signature requirements. If the homeowner refuses to give ID or sign the form, write “refused” in place of the signature. The other NFN inspections have the form attached for our convenience. IA generates the forms for PI, PIC, PIN only from the info you enter on IA, so you do not need to complete the forms for these types of inspections.
If you are using a camera to enter inspections on IA, do not turn on your date stamp. Make sure your internal EXIF date is current. IA will apply the date stamp to match your completion date. The clients check these dates against your EXIF file on each photo. They are checking for old or duplicate photos. Photo date must match the completion date must match the date stamp applied by IA. If any of these 3 are different, they will not pay us.
If you complete a PI2 or PI3 on the phone and you intend to make more attempts, do not save it because it will move it to the “ready to upload” queue. When you hit upload it will submit to PNA. Or you can leave the form incomplete and it will stay in your “open queue”.
Each attempt requires a complete set of photos.
Door card in an envelope marked “personal and confidential” must be left on each attempt with two photos.
If you report the property vacant, you must send photos supporting the property is positively vacant. If you verify with a neighbor, you must enter in the comments with the address of the neighbor.
These PI2 inspections are ordered on the first week of the month, so get ready for round two. Many of you have not received any of this type of inspection, but I am sure you will in the future.
Any questions, please ask before you submit the inspection. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Tks Dwain

To All Reps:
We just received the attached memo from NFN. Please make sure you read it thru, and understand it before you start running these inspections. If you make contact or find the property vacant on the first attempt then no second attempt is required. One attempt must be made on the weekend. The pay is $10 per inspection or $5 per attempt. If you make contact or find the property vacant on the first attempt, then you are done. Make sure you take the required photos on each attempt. The inspection is not complete without ALL of the required photos for each attempt. Note: the completed inspection form (2 pages) and Certification of Occupancy are 3 of the required photos, or you can scan as a PDF. The complete photo list is on this attachment. Make sure you use the talking points attached. If you make contact you must validate the owner/co-owner with a photo ID. Once you have validated the owner/co-owner then you must attempt to get the Certification of Occupancy signed. If they refuse to sign, make note on the inspection form and the Certification of Occupancy. If you are successful in getting the signature of the owner/co-owner on the Certification of Occupancy form you will be paid an additional $2. Any questions concerning NFN should be directed to Dana or me.
We are in the process of downloading these now, and will get all of the attachments on the info/comments page. The front page of the inspection form has not downloaded yet. We are working on it.
Have a great weekend.
Thanks
Dwain
