Good afternoon,

I hope everyone is having a great Friday. As you can see our volumes are up in this month’s run. That is great news!!! With all the changes in inspection requirements, I wanted to take a few minutes to go over some of the push backs that we are currently seeing.

  • Spectrum has started with Wells Fargo. They did not send us enough FTV stickers to send out to everyone in the field, so I am attaching it to this email. Remember these stickers are “color coded”. As you can see the bar across the top is a blue checker board design. Do not print these in black and white. I will be sending these out to the field as soon as we receive them.

  • The “For Sale” information must be updated on each inspection. IA carries over the old info, so if it changes you must change the form. If you mark it for sale, then you MUST have a photo of the for sale sign.

  • Address photos should be taken close up. Zoom in or get close enough that it can be easily/clearly seen in the photo.

  • Stop taking photos of the other client’s vacant stickers. When you are reporting for a specific client, they want to see their stickers in the photos. If you take photos of other clients vacant stickers, the client thinks you posted the wrong one.

  • PI2 inspections require contact to be made. If no contact made, one of the two attempts must be on the weekend. Take a full set of photos for each attempt.

  • NFN contact inspections require us to go to the front door. Make sure one of your photos show you are out of your car and at the front door if no contact is made.

  • NFN, make sure Sign in Sheet photo is legible with your signature and current date in the photo. No clear photo, no pay. L No lock box photos, no pay. L

  • Loss Drafts-require appt update daily. Required photos: Street Sign, Neighborhood, Address, Front of House, All Repairs Completed, All Repairs not Completed.

  • I have attached another cheat sheet for A2Z FNMA QC inspections. This was created by one of our reps. Thanks for taking the time to help everyone in the field. Pay close attention, to the required photos. All deficiencies require detailed comments. The detailed instructions from A2Z are attached to each inspection.

  • Notify PNA of any inspections that cannot be completed on time before they become past due.
