Wells Fargo First Time Vacant Sticker for Corelogic-PLEASE READ-VERY IMPORTANT

Good Afternoon,

Effective immediately, Corelogic has added the FTV sticker for Wells Fargo (client 83, 84, 85, 86, 87,88, 89, 90). See on the attached Flashline from Corelogic. The CORELOGIC WELLS FARGO FTV sticker will have a solid blue Banner at the top of the form. I have also attached a quick reference guide for each WF FTV sticker by client. Corelogic will continue to use their original FTV sticker for all other clients other than Wells Fargo. The phone numbers on the FTV postings vary from client to client, this is why it is imperative that you use the correct posting.

There should only be one FTV sticker per home, placed above the door knob on the front door. If there is another sticker from a previous inspection, replace it with the correct sticker for the client that ordered the current inspection. If you take a photo of an old sticker with the wrong color banner, the client will think that you posted the wrong FTV sticker. If there are any old FTV stickers remove them if they are for a different client. If it is the same client, only one FTV sticker is required. If you are completing an interior and the preservation crew has not posted the Post Secure Sticker, make comments and take a photo of the applicable FTV sticker. If there is no FTV sticker, then post one. All postings require two photos. You must be able to read the form close up, and take one wide angle showing the location of the posting.

For Corelogic only, put PNA Vendor Code (33108) and your Corelogic ID# in the space for Inspector ID# example: 33108-123456. Tammy will be sending you your Corelogic ID# under separate email. These new Corelogic stickers are being direct mailed to you from Corelogic. If you do not have yours by next Wednesday, let me know. For the other clients, you will use your Aspen Grove ID#. Tammy will be sending out your Aspen Grove ID# under separate email.

If you run out of stickers, let me know. You may print them from the Resources tab of InspectorADE until the next order comes in, but they MUST BE IN COLOR. Do not use black banner WF stickers for any client except NFR. If you have any questions concerning Corelogic, or the Wells Fargo FTV stickers give me or Arvin a call.
