Good Friday to ALL Reps:
This week we were slammed by memos and pushbacks from the clients. The hot topics for the week are:
· Clear Address photos required
· Legible violation/posted notices photos required
· Adverse Conditions (roof damage, water leaks, mold, burst pipes, etc) Need to take photos and report to PNA immediately. (You will be liable for any damage that is not reported, AND photographed)
· M&M and Cyprexx require a volt stick photo to determine electricity off/on at vacant properties.
· GeoCoding is required on all photos for all clients. If you are still using a camera, it must be GeoCoding capable. If you are not using your smart phone and would like to learn how to use the mobile IA app, give Tammy or Arvin a call.
· Late inspections are subject to reassignment and chargebacks. M&M chargebacks (incomplete interiors) start at $92 and go up from there. It is your responsibility to communicate no access for ordered interiors and any inspection that will not be completed on or before the due date to PNA.
