We are aware that some of you and your subs posess master keys. While this definitely assists with gaining access to interior inspections, this is not currently a requirement for the bulk of interior inspections.

Having said that, if you have access to master keys we ask that you first attempt the lockbox that is at the property before using your master keys. This way we can identify those properties that have fualty lock boxes, codes that have been improperly set, or keys that have been improperly cut. As always, provide photos of the attempt showing the faulty equipment and leave concise comments. At this point if you have master keys you can attempt accessing the property with them.
