In an effort to enhance our photo documentation, Wolverine has decided to reiterate our expectations when work is completed and submitted to Oasis. All of these guidelines need to be followed.

Photos of the roof must be provided. These photos must be close enough to be able to tell the condition of the roof and all visible damages must be reported and bid on. On every work order and inspection with interior access you must take photos of the entire ceiling of every room to make sure they are not damaged. All damages must be reported and bid on at the time these pictures are taken. Any visible wires, pipes, ducts, and cables must also be pictured and bid to be capped, repaired, and/or secured to prevent hazards. This includes basements and crawl spaces that are accessible. All missing outlet/switch covers must be pictured clearly and bid to be replaced. Pictures of the entire room cannot be used to justify missing covers as sometimes it is difficult to tell if a cover is missing from far away distances.

In the event that visible damages or bid items are missed due to improper documentation and/or photos, you may be responsible for all repairs needed.
