Good afternoon To All Reps:
See the client memo below is specifically in reference to the Account of Spectrum. All of our clients have placed increased emphasis on interior ordered inspections. If the interior is ordered then it must be completed.
The clients want to know if the lock box is present, and if the key in the lock box is working. If you cannot gain access by using the lock box, then it is ok to use your HUD keys to gain access (except for A2Z, A2Z is lockbox ONLY).
Make sure you put in your comments if the lock box does not work, or the key in the lock box does not work.
If you cannot gain entry on an interior inspection, call PNA.
Have a Great Weekend. Tks Dwain

Re: Interior Inspections and Lock Boxes
Attention Alliance Inspectors,
For interior inspections, condition of the lock boxes is part of the inspection. Moving forward when completing an interior inspection please attempt to use the lock box first to gain interior access, provide photos of this attempt and whether or not the lock box yielded positive or negative results.
Even if you have a master key , please attempt the lock box and report on the result as to whether or not it worked.
Regards,
Vendor Management Team
