SCR requirements

To All Reps:

Good Morning,

We have started with this new client last month, and I have been correcting your inspections before I submit. This is very time consuming. These are rush orders, so I do not have time to send them back to you before they become past due. Please complete these inspections per the instructions on each inspection attached on IA on page 2 of the attachment. The narrative and the photo requirements are the key elements to these inspections.

There are a few key items that must be in every narrative, then the rest “tells the story” of the visit.

· Date of visit

· Time of visit

· Address of visit

· Made contact or not

· Left letter or not

· Found collateral or not

· License plate #

Required photos:

· Four sides of collateral vehicle (if present)

· Front of house

Use this example of narrative:

· Agent arrived at 12345 Main Street in Johnson City, TX on 7/12 at 5 pm. Agent approached the home and knocked on the door. There was no answer at the door. Agent left confidential letter in envelope on front door. No collateral was seen at the premises.

· Agent arrived at 12345 Main Street in Johnson City, TX on 7/12 at 5 pm. Agent knocked on door and spoke to Mrs. Johnson. Mrs. Johnson advised that her son was not at home. She agreed to give her son the letter. Collateral vehicle was in the driveway with Texas license plate BR 549.
