To All Reps:
Please see email below from our client in regards to ServiceLink. These two clients Altisource and ServiceLink list the required photos/ labels in the 3rd column of the form, or near the bottom of the form on the app. You also have to certify on the form that you have labeled the required photos. If for example you cannot find a gas meter, take an extra photo of the side of the house and label it gas meter. If the inspection is no access than you need at least one photo labeled” work not performed” showing why the inspection could not be completed as ordered. If we do not have a photo labeled on IA for each required photo, then the program will not allow the inspection to be delivered to the client.
Your cooperation is appreciated.

To all Inspectors that perform Service Link Inspections: As I've been QC'ing (Quality Control and reviews) a lot of your inspections this week, I've come across an issue that is requiring me and any who review your inspections considerable extra time to re-label your photos correctly. This needs to be corrected. What concerns me is that on the bottom of the inspection, it tells you photo requirements. What's happening is that they're being mis-labeled, or missing the photo altogether. If it is not labeled correctly, then Service Link system rejects it and I have to review it, find it and label it correctly. As of this week, I've had to fix over 1,000 inspections!! The most common is that Service link ALWAYS requires these basic 4 photos. * Exterior Front * House Number * Street Sign * Street View Vacant inspections always require the above 4, and in addition: * Exterior Right Side * Exterior Left Side * Exterior Rear Mobile Home Inspections ALWAYS the standard 4 and in addition: * VIN/HUD Tag (if this is un-obtainable as it often is not, then take an extra photo of front and label it "VIN/HUD" Gated Communities ALWAYS require the above 4, and in addition if no access * Work Not Performed I really need all of you to focus on improving here. Remember, these requirements are on the inspection in the lower part of the form. Ironically enough right above the box that YOU MUST CHECK YES stating that you labeled them correctly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
