Outline of photos needed for Fannie inspections-VPFI

To All inspectors,
There are new QC inspections on EZ inspections that have the requirements below. Please note there is no form for you to fill out BUT you MUST have all of the required photos. Please see below. Call me or Arvin if you have any questions. If we do not take ALL of the required photos, you will be sent back at your expense. The client will complete the form from your photos.
IMPORTANT NOTE: REQUIREMENT ALL PHOTOS MUST BE HORIZONTAL NOT VERTICAL.

Photos should include but not limited to the follow items
All photos must be horizontal

Minimum of 20 photos of the interior of the home
Inside photos:
If power is on take a photo showing this-for example light on in bath or hall.
Sign in sheet after you have signed in as VPFI-your initials do not use your name please.
Air fresheners with dates.
All hazards.
Cabinets and appliances insides if they are dirty and just opened if they are not.
All mechanicals- water heater, air handler, sump pump, appliances and if missing photo of where they be located in the home.
2 photos of every room.
Circuit breakers.
Inside of all Tanks and toilet bowls to show the winterizations.
10 photos of the outside of the home
Outside photos:
Street sign.
House number on house or mailbox.
Window signs.
Each side of house so you can see roof, windows and foundation.
All hazards.
All sides of yards front side and rear yards.
Exterior buildings all 4 sides and interiors.
All above ground meters
All A/C units
Outside faucets that do not have caps on the ends.

At departure put keys in box take a photo close the lock box scramble the code and take a photo of the scrambled code.
