Lock Box Photos ~~~Reminder~~~M&M

Good Morning to All Reps,

I just wanted to clarify the new Lock Box/Master Key photo requirements from M&M in the memo below. The client wants to know exactly how we gained entry or exactly why we were denied entry.

The required photos for interior access are:

· Lock box present

· Lock box missing on all doors

· Lock box code used to open the lock box

· Master Key code used in the open door

· Key code used in all doors (if no lock box and no access)

Yesterday, M&M started returning the inspections for the missing lock box photos. If you are not sure what photos to take, call the office from the property.
