EZ Uploading

For ez, here is why reps are seeing orders come in without photos or are not uploading at all. Apparently there are a few key differences between how you complete a job

For iphone:

From the Data tab you tap the green check symbol on the upper right corner to make the inspection turn blue

The job must be blue in the list to sync the results.

If the order is orange on the list it will not sync

For Android:

From the data tab you click the Complete button, then the job will get a green check mark in the job list.

It must have a green check mark in the list to sync the results

If there is an orange check mark, the results will not sync
