Please read the memo below in regards to Homestar inspections for Spectrum. Call me or Arvin if you have any questions. Tks Dwain
Please note: do NOT leave ANY notice unless the instructions specifically state to do so, and if you come across a property where you see a FAS notice,you must remove it at the time of the inspection whether you placed it or not. If any photos show there is a FAS notice at the property, you will be notified to return within 48 hours and provide updated photos showing it was removed. If updated photos are not received within 48 hours, we will send someone else out and back charge you for the cost of sending someone else out.
HomeStar is not affiliated with FAS in anyway, and we can and will get fined if their notices are placed on HomeStar properties. The very, very few times we have had to place a HS notice is when the deed has actually changed hands back to the bank. This is a very rare occurrence with this account.
Unfortunately, the only way to identify HomeStar inspections is it will be listed in the instructions, so please reiterate to your reps how important it is to read the instructions on every single inspection.

We do not leave postings for this client. We have received a couple kick backs for this, if they see a notice on the home they will fine us
