You are receiving this email because you are approved for any one of the landscape inspection services. This means that you have done one recently or in the past. April was the beginning of the new season of recurring orders and the client contacted us with some concerns they noticed from the last round.
Please make sure your inspectors are getting at least 30-40 photos at each location. We need photos close enough to see the condition and far enough to see the location in case the client needs to send their crew back out to fix something.
DO NOT stay in the car when you complete these inspections. You need to walk the grounds and we need photos of every area. When you sit in the car and drive all the photos come out blurry. The client will not accept any blurry or dark photos.
Instructions are different for most of these. There are special instructions and site map links in a lot of these so READ the instructions.
Landscape inspection (LO):
For the Lowes Inspections the instructions have CHANGED. Please make sure your inspectors receive these new instructions as they client kicked back almost every single inspection we did in April and the inspectors were to return to the property at no charge. These inspections have to be back to the client on time, no late orders or they will refuse payment.
New instructions for the Lowes inspections:
****SPECIAL NOTES****
These inspections cannot be submitted late to the client or they will refuse payment. You must complete this inspection by your due date.
Please note you are performing an inspection on the condition of the landscaping and grounds.
Photos are required of every area within the scope (if provided in the instructions).
***PLEASE MAKE SURE PHOTOS ALWAYS INCLUDE THE LANDSCAPE OF THE BACK END, FRONT APRON (FRONT ENTRANCE TO STORE FROM CURB IN, INCLUDING THE AREA WHERE THEY KEEP THE PLANTS/EQUIPMENT FOR SALE), AND SIDES OF THE LOWES PROPERTY.
IF YOU CANNOT GAIN ACCESS, YOU MUST CALL SPECTRUM FROM SITE SO WE CAN GET YOU ACCESS. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT GAINING ACCESS OR YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN AT NO CHARGE.
IF YOU DO NOT GET ALL REQUIRED PHOTOS, YOU WILL RETURN AT NO CHARGE TO OBTAIN THE MISSING PHOTOS. IF FULL COMPLETE RESULTS ARE NOT IN ON TIME TO THE CLIENT, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REMIT PAYMENT.
